How do I get the VAT-free price?

EU-Companies need to fill in their VAT registration. Otherwise, VAT will be added.

Companies outside the European Union automatically pay the VAT-free price when they fill in their business address.

When do I receive my order?

Within one or two working days, you will receive a download link (Mailbigfile) for the digital files like the Color Palettes PDF, the Pantone overview PDF, and the Copy-right free designs. As soon as we ship the printed inspiration maps, you will receive a track & trace link to follow its progress. Usually, you should receive your package  within five working days in Europe and between 3 and 10 working days in the rest of the world by air mail express.

How do I get an invoice?

An invoice will be sent by email after receipt of your payment.

For European companies, please register your VAT number for 0% VAT payment. We need to register that on the invoice for the tax office. If you don't have a VAT number, 21% VAT is added to the payment and the invoice. The total amount is deductible for tax.

All non-EU companies don't pay VAT and don't need to fill in a VAT number.

Can I return my order and get a refund?

As you receive essential parts of this order digitally, there is no refund. But do contact us if you are for some reason not happy with your product. We'll help you solve issues you might have in using our product and if that is not working we can discuss refund options.
