How do I know my order is final?

When you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us. When you have received this e-mail the order is final and we have started with processing and sending your order. You will also receive a track & trace number from us.

Can I cancel or change my order?

After you paid for your order we immediately start with the proces and sending your order. That is why you can't change or cancel your order.

Your order will be shipped by PostNL. After payment, it is not possible to change the delivery adress.

Delivery in the Netherlands

Have you placed your order on a working day? You can expect the order to arrive in 1 or 2 days. When you order in the weekend, you can expect delivery on Tuesday.


Delivery in and out of Europe

Delivery in and outside of Europe may vary by country. We have listed a few countries per continent with delivery times for an indication.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs differ per country and continent:

  • The Netherlands: €6,50
  • Belgium en Germany: €9,00
  • Rest of Europe: €15,50 - €19,50
  • Outside Europe: €19,50


Can I send my order to a postal box number?

Yes, no problem if the Postal Box office receives packages and is allowed to sign for receipt.


What do I have to do when i receive my order damaged?

Always check your order when you have received it. Is the product you have ordered damaged? Please let us know and send an e-mail to:
colorconcept@astriddavidse.com and we will contact you within 1 - 3 days to find a solution to the problem.
